Job Summary: Vitrek LLC is seeking a Production Associate.  The position is production department-focused and will report to the Operations Manager. Responsibilities include supplying materials to production workstations, aiding in material handling, inventory control, cycle counts, facility and equipment maintenance, and facilitating various production tasks, such as unpacking inbound material, assembly, and shipping product.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform simple, routine, and repetitive assembly or maintenance tasks using standard procedures.
• Support inventory accuracy and cycle counts. Manage inventory in an orderly and accessible manner in warehouses, tool rooms, supply rooms, or other areas. Replenish materials and tools when needed, ensuring their usability.
• Efficiently move materials, parts, and assemblies to support uninterrupted production flow.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of production areas.
• Follows all safety requirements of Vitrek, local, state, and federal jurisdictions.
• May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

What You’ll Need:

• Solid work history.
• Ability to work OT when needed.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a standing position for long periods (up to 8-10 hours).
• Ability to reach, bend, stoop, push and/or pull, and frequently lift up to 35 pounds and occasionally lift/move 50 pounds.
• Ability to use hand and power tools and a computer.
• Flexibility to be trained in different tasks.
• Maintains high standards for work areas and appearance.
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude.
